What's the catch with the free homepage?
There isn't one. Investing in a website is a big decision, and I don't think it's fair to take money from a business owner before they've actually seen what they're getting. The free redesign lets you see exactly what your site could look like, for real, not a rough sketch, before you commit to anything. If it's right for you, great. If not, you keep the design and we go our separate ways. No risk, no pressure.
How long until I see the design?
Usually about a day after you fill in the form. I work through requests in order and I'll tell you straight if it'll take a bit longer.
Do I have to pay if I decide not to go ahead?
No. Keep the design, walk away, no invoice, no chasing emails. That's the whole point.
How much does the full build cost?
It's a fixed price, quoted per project once we've worked out what you actually need. No hourly rate, no surprise invoices at the end.
How long does the full build take?
It depends on what you need. Some sites have been done and live within a matter of days. Others with more moving parts (shops, booking systems, job boards) take a bit longer. Either way, I'll give you a realistic timescale upfront before we start, and I'll keep you in the loop throughout.
What if I already have a website?
Good. Send me the link on the form. I'll redesign the homepage so you can see the difference side by side before you commit to anything.
Who actually builds it?
Me. No outsourcing, no handing off to someone junior. The same person you speak to is the one building your site.
Do you offer hosting and ongoing help?
Yes, optionally. After launch there's a monthly plan if you want someone keeping things up to date: small changes, updates, peace of mind. Completely up to you.
